This was an interesting episode, where we are introduced to a new girl, called Zange-chan, who seems apparently to be a sister, as in the nun variety. Of course, this been the world of Kannagi, Zange-chan doesn’t quite act the way we expect a sister to act.

This week we have a cute intro done by Ryuji and Taiga. Awww…, she really does look cute (just like a little doll) when she’s asleep (though, she’s got quite an appetite, considering her small size).

This week’s episode of Gundam 00, we see a flashback, which was at least interesting, as it regards how Marie (aka Soma Pieres) and her fellow (also only surviving one) super-soldier Allelujah first met as children, and we also learn how Allelujah actually got his unique name (who would have know??).
Also, we see the princess Marina trying to plead with Setsuna to stop his fighting to seek a non-violent way to save the world. Of course, we know that’s not gonna happen, but for the sad fact because Setsuna honestly does not know any other way to live (but Setsuna, but then again, a gundam series without its main tortured super pilot wouldn’t be the same, at least the mecha action would be as kickass, as we see from the above pictures)

Hi everyone, welcome again to the new episode of Nodame Cantabile Paris Chapter. This week, we see the reappearance of an old ‘friend’, the brilliant, but rascally and perverted conductor, Stresemann. Ah, I miss his antics, though I doubt Nodame misses his wandering hands that much ^_^.

All right, I was looking forward to this episode of To Aru Majutsu no Index. Last week, we ended on a cliffhanger, with Kamijou facing off a badass sword-wielding chick (I thought then, she may be a villian, but damn she looks fine ^^).
However, despite the appearance of Kanzaki, the sword-fighting babe, this week’s episode was unfortunately a bit too talky for my taste. Don’t get me wrong, the fight scene between Kamijou and Kanzaki was ok, but it was a little humdrum, considering the action fest we had in the previous episodes. Also, the fact that Kamijou was so easily and completely beaten to a pulp, with no apparent chance of victory, also didn’t quite sit well with me (though I guess if you have to be crushed, at least let it be by a babe like Kanzaki, of course, I do pity Kamijou who got smack good, but its hard to see how he could beat, counter, or even defend against Kanzaki’s attacks, since they seem to be physical in basis, with no direct magical enchantment involved for his right hand to dispell).
But, the thing that really threw me for a loop, was when Kanzaki explained about the apparent actual relationship between Index, Kanzaki and the fire mage, Stiyl. HUUUHHHHH!!!! Was what went through my mind, after Kanzaki’s explanation. Although it would sort of explain Stiyl’s strange ‘regretful’ comment to Kanzaki, in episode 3, about when they will be able to stop hurting Index, it still seems a bit too pat. But the other most interesting bit of information was regarding Index herself, and her skill of Eternal Memorization, and its consequences.
In the end, despite, the relative lack of action in episode 4, I still give it a good rating, in that the story was advanced a little more, with a new twist regarding Index’s actual relationship with the mages, and the consequences of her Eternal Memorization skill. I’ll keep monitoring the show for at least a few more episodes, provided they continue to deliver the goods either action-wise or story-wise.

Last chapter, we see Sakura about to be skewered by a couple of assassin’s arrows. Luckily, Ogami, even without his powers, was able to cut the arrows down with just the use of a sword, and this week, we see the assassin’s dispatched by Ogami’s loyal servant, Ms Kanda (aka their homeroom teacher ^_^). But, the archers weren’t the only assassins sent after Sakura.

The main assassin sent after Sakura is a one-armed assassin, who apparently has a history with Ogami, with some mysterious power, which allows him (or her, not very sure about the gender) to knock out his opponents without even needing to touch him.

The other assassin almost got Sakura, but luckily Toki was able to use his powers to protect her. This assassin looks deceptively like a little girl in a kimono, but she packs a BIGGGG GUNNN!!
As if two assassins wasn’t enough trouble, there’s a surprise at the end which further complicated matters for Toki, making it that much more difficult for them to protect Sakura. Check out the manga, to find out what happened to Toki, as our codebreakers faced off against the assassins.

Kannagi episode 3 focussed more on the school life of Jin, where we are introduced to some of Jin’s fellow classmates. I like the passionate and hot-blooded nature of one of Jin’s art club chairman. She’s quite honest about her feelings for her ‘pure-pure’ boy, though I doubt its in a romantic way, but possibly more ecchi kind of way, but still I think she’ll be a fun character to have around (impressive nose bleed). At least, she’s knows how to have fun (even if its at the expense of her junior club members, you’ll know what I’m talking if you saw the end of the episode)

This week’s Nodame Cantabile Paris Chapter episode 2, was not as funny as the episode 1, but then again, I don’t really care, I’m happy as long as I get to see Nodame and Chiaki. We all know Chiaki just acting tough, we know he would have been devastated if Nodame didn’t go cheer him on.

This week Chiaki is on a trip to his conductor’s concourse (i guess its a sort of contest for conductors), and Nodame and Frank and both ridind on the same train together with Chiaki. Nodame’s going for both the anime festival in the same location as Chiaki’s concourse, and to also cheer Chiaki, as his self-proclaimed wife.

Ah the mayhem and delight which is another episode of Tora Dora. Another half hour of Taiga and Ryuji, or mainly Taiga being her usual destructive and psychotic self ^^. Today, we see poor Ryuji, as he slowly sacrifices his sight a bit at time, as he gazes with ‘loving’ eyes at his crush, and Taiga’s friend, Minori.
